“I absolutely love my job! Every day I get the chance to help people, and that’s truly what motivates me. The DMV can be overwhelming for a lot of customers, so being the person who can guide them, clear up confusion, and solve tricky title or registration issues is incredibly rewarding. I really enjoy digging into the details and finding solutions — it feels great to turn someone’s stressful situation into a positive one. I also love the fast pace and the variety of challenges that come with this role. No two days are the same, and that keeps me energized and engaged. Plus, I get to work with an amazing team. We support each other, share knowledge, and it creates an environment where I feel proud of the work we do. At the end of the day, I love my job because it allows me to make a difference, use my strengths, and keep growing. “Since 2016 I’ve grown with the Nevada DMV starting as a Technician 1 and working my way up to Administrative Assistant IV. Let me tell you, it’s been an incredible journey.
